Register an existing SSH host under a name.

desk machine add existing --ssh-host=ssh://desk@example.com:2222
desk machine check existing
desk machine connect existing

Registration saves the endpoint without modifying or provisioning the host. Listing shows the driver as generic.

Availability

The generic driver name is available in Desk 0.2.5 and later. Earlier builds display external; existing registrations remain compatible with the new name.
